Our automatic screw machining services are augmented by a wide range of secondary operations to support customer requirements. These include CAD design, engineering and reverse engineering, milling and turning, broaching, grinding, slotting, swaging, thread rolling, deburring, welding, assembly, part identification and much more.
As a single source provider, our products can be custom finished for any application need, including anodizing, waxing, heat treating, annealing, stress relief, powder coating, tumbling, polishing and burnishing services. In addition to JIT and Kanban, we provide customized inventory systems and stocking solutions designed to fit customer’s requirements.
Our products undergo an extensive quality control process and must pass our on-site inspection lab before any product can ship. We provide full lot traceability, SPC, PPAP, DFARs compliance when requested. Our facilities are continuously audited and certified. Our work can be completed in full compliance and certified to standards by ISO 9001, TS 16949, ANSI, ASME, DIN ASTM, IFI RoHS and REACH.
